Starting with a local general practice in 1981, our fully bilingual firm now serves the Montréal community, specializing in matters of matrimonial and family law, such as custody, visiting rights, alimentary pensions, lump sums and compensatory allowances.

Sub-specialties include dealing with international kidnapping cases and cases of parental alienation syndrome, as well as challenges under the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. However, our practice of family law brings us into close contact with virtually every other area law commonly practiced, most often bankruptcy and corporate law.
