Me Michaël Plante has been a lawyer at Goldwater, Dubé since 2016. Prior to joining the firm, Me Plante practiced in labour law at Norton Rose Fulbright in Montreal after having completed his internship at Fasken Martineau in Quebec City.
Me Plante also acquired valuable experience in his internship with Honourable Justices Michèle Lacroix, Clément Samson and Georges Taschereau of the Superior Court of Quebec, where he worked on many family law cases.
Michaël is an Honours Graduate of the Laval University. During his studies, he was, among other things, a student intern for Fédération des comités de parents du Québec, for legal journal Les Cahiers de droit and for l’Interface (in the Accompaniment Dispute Resolution’s section), as well as an auxiliary of research in civil proceedings and a legal counsel in provincial election.
Had Michaël not become an attorney, he would have become a saxophonist or a radio host.
